RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Cancellation Policy:

  1. In case of order cancellation, please request cancellation before the product is shipped.
  2. Once the product is shipped, cancellation will not be possible through our website.

Return Policy:

  1. Return/Exchange is available only for selected apparel products including T-Shirts, Trousers, Pants, Hoodies, and Jackets.
  2. Product-specific return eligibility is mentioned on the product page and may change without prior notice.
  3. If pickup service is not available at your location, the customer must self-ship the product to our office address.
  4. Return/Exchange charges may apply depending on the product and reason for return.

Refund Policy:

  1. Refund requests are accepted only in case of:
  • Size mismatch
  • Color or design mismatch
  • Wrong or missing item
  • Damaged or defective product
  1. Once the returned product is picked up and quality-checked, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days using the original payment method.

Important Notes for Return:

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • All items should have original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Items without original tags or packaging will not be accepted.
  • Customized or altered products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Return/Exchange requests raised after the return window (as mentioned on the product page) will not be accepted.
